  1) Fill in 90% water from the small hole at the top. Do not fill to the top. (The water should not be overfilled,it will expand during the freezing process.)
  
  2) Put the ice massage cup with water in the refrigerator.
  
  3) Rinse under tap water for 1-2 minutes and allow to stand for 5 minutes before opening the cove
